The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not pushed to pay for extra services or replacement parts. My wait was less than an hour and everything was excellent.

This store is AWESOME!! From tire tech's to Assist. Managers!! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I had a 2 hour wait time given to me( store was busy), but was pushed through quicker because I had to wait in store. Was done and out in 45 min or so. Go to this store if you want great prices, friendly staff, and great service. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

The staff is always professional and courteous and quick. Prices for tires are in line and reasonable with other places. But really it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back, they have nailed it!

Long wait time, employee ran his exposed keys/keychain on my truck as he walked up to it. They were too busy and instead of telling me that over the phone they lured me in thinking it would be quick when they knew full well it would be hours. Coolie cutter sales pitching the whole time, worst tire store experience I’ve had. USA Tires in woodland california helped me immediately after I left this worthless store after receiving zero help.

Didn't check my tires after a rotation and the pressure numbers were all over the place.
