Plus, it comes in W and Y speed ratings, which means it can help you maintain the same precise handling and high-speed needs of your sports car.

Nitto Motivo Features

  • Stay in the know on tire health with alignment indicators that visually show how your tires are wearing and alert you to wear issues before they become big problems
  • Count on confident traction from Nitto’s 3D Multiwave sipes which feature an interlocking ripple design, allowing the sipes to “lock” together while braking and accelerating
  • Experience a smoother, quieter ride from Motivo’s USA-made advanced tire manufacturing technology that delivers tire uniformity for an enjoyable driving experience

Dry Traction

We had a light winter in terms of snowfall but I didn't notice any improved performance compared to the stock Michelin all season tires in slick weather. The Michelins were a special order for my SHO, and the nittos were in stock. Overall they are a great value but I wasn't as impressed as some of the reviews I read. But then again its my daily driver, not a street racer. I have had great experiences with Nitto NT01 and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a true sport tire.

Dry Traction

These tires have acceptable road noise and comfort. The dry traction performance is fine but it easily loses traction when wet. Snow and ice traction is horrible. I wouldn't recommend for use in cold weather driving on snow and ice.
