why do I never see ANY or MANY African American technicians working at Discount Tire: from Smyrna, Tn to Nolensivlle Rd / Nashville? I get my tires there as well as my sons and have been for a while, but I see that diversity is not something that your company values as it's not hard....you just have to hire outside of your prototypical and standard technician and who you deem to be a perfect / good employee...shame on you discount tire...do the right thing
