Tires are great. Customer service sucked. Was told that a pressure sensor was broken when removing tires. Was told it could be fixed and not to worry by shop person. Was then told said sensor would not program or be “recognized’. Then I was told I needed to replace the sensors due to the age of my truck( 2013 Chevy Silverado). I explained all sensors worked before coming in to get tires mounted. Was told by manager if I would purchase 2 sensors he would get the other 2. Again I stated all 4 were working before I came in. Manager stated “That was as good as he could do” so I told him I would take it to my regular mechanic to be fixed and then bill Discount tire. Manager told shop guy to “ pull 4 sensors off shelf and replace them” then turned and walked away. When I was handed my keys after an hour and ten minutes I was told all was good. Now I find the tire with sensor “replaced” was at 20 lbs psi with no dash warning. Meaning I feel I had been lied to by someone at Discount. I will contact the store this week and air my grievances with them and see what happens. Again tires great . Customer service sketchy. Sincerely Alan L. Petty 541-790-9751

The negative scores of this review are due to three visits for balancing. Not, partially out of balance, but the entire front of the truck shudders. The vehicle is in excellent condition and the issue appeared with the tires. Soon to be a fourth, the other part of the issue has been execution, the recognition has not followed the request on the service document. That is to strip ALL existing weights(adhesive and clip) and rebalance with only adhesive. My experience with discount has been excellent with the last three sets of tires. But this one is going poorly. I hope they can earn my confidence back.
