Discount Tires damaged one of my rims during the services and while the manager admitted the issue was their fault he did not follow up to repair my rim. Unfortunately I let it slide for a while due to the holidays and usual year-end busyness. By the time I went back to the location the manager was no longer with them and the new manager would not accept fault or responsibility. In addition, the former manager did not note it in my file. While the tires are great and I spent a significant amount of money Discount Tire will likely never get business from me again. They chose to not accept responsibility for what amounted to a less than $200 repair to a rim they damaged. What was even worse was that I asked the manager to have someone from corporate reach out to me and he stated he would tell them but don't expect a call back. That told me all I needed to know. It is a shame that the company can offer that type of service and still get business. I highly recommend the tires, but I would tell you to avoid buying them at Discount Tire at all costs as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Paul M.

These were listed under the all season section when I purchased my tires. They preformed so bad in the snow - I was sliding all over the place that I returned them and got a different tire.
